Pricing for CVRT is controlled by the RSA and every test centre charges the same fee.

The vehicle, your driver’s licence as ID and the payment.

You will receive a Fail Statement from the test centre
This will allow you 21days or 4000kms (whichever comes first) to attend to the repairs and to book your vehicle for retest.
The retest fee is half the full test price. A visual retest does not incur a charge.

If you do not re-test within the 21 days or 4000km, a full test will be required and will incur the full test fee again.
